Lunga Busanga GMA
The Lunga Busanga GMA is on the northern boundary of the Kafue National Park, about an hours flight north west of Lusaka, with a landing strip close to camp. With an area of approximately 3500 square kilometres in extent, Lunga Busanga GMA lies between Lunga Luswishi GA and Kasonso Busanga GMA. The eastern boundary is the Lunga River and the western boundary is the Lufupa, a main tributary leading into the Busanga Swamps. The Busanga Swamps have an area of approximately 50 km square, providing a unique habitat of permanent water pools, papyrus/phragmities reeds and small rivers for Sitatunga and Red Lechwe. There is an extensive boundary with the Busanga Plains in the Kafue National Park, seasonally home to large herds of game.
The majority of the concession is open Miombo Woodland with huge dambos that are flooded seasonally and home to a huge diversity of species and has an average altitude of 1200 m. The bulk of the hunting season falls over the winter months with cold nights and hot days. Clients are accommodated in luxury tented camps.

We also hunt two wetland swamp areas; for Kafue Lechwe on the Kafue Flats and Blue Lagoon, west of Lusaka; and for Black Lechwe, Sitatunga, Tsessebe, Reedbuck and Oribi in the Bangeulu Swamps in northern Zambia.
